High speed electronic PLC's with program converter, 7" HD HMI Colorful display compatible to operate with ms windows based computer support with servo controlled drive motor connected with standard branded hydraulic accessories and system to develop load in the machine through hydraulic cylinder to loading frame. For low capacity up to 20 ton Very fine noiseless and smooth gears mechanism would be provided and fitted in the loading frame. Easy calibration process is provided.
Fabricated with Sturdy steel structure for sustaining of impact robust load absorption during failure of samples.
The Touch screen display would show results in a clear or easy to read format with data analysis. Creation of database records with storage facilities and easy handling of database. The system would have facility to printing of Test report with graph. Load V/s Displacement, Load V/s Time, Strain Graphs etc.
The machine would be Operates on 3 phase, 440 volts A.C. 50 hz. power supply.
