High speed electronic PLC with program converter and 7" HD HMI Colorful display. Compatible with MS Windows based computer support. Servo controlled drive motor connected with standard branded hydraulic accessories for precise load development.

Specially heat treated grips designed for secure fixing without slippages during sample holding. Hydraulic cylinder and easy moving crosshead with pre-fixed grip system for reliable testing of lifting belts and safety accessories.

Touch screen display shows results in clear, easy-to-read format with comprehensive data analysis. Creation of database records with storage facilities and easy handling of database for efficient data management and retrieval.

System facility for printing Test reports with graphs including Load V/s Displacement, Load V/s Time, Strain Graphs. Easy calibration process provided for maintaining accuracy and reliability in safety testing applications.

Machine body fabricated with well-designed sturdy steel structure for sustaining impact and robust load absorption during sample failure. For low capacity up to 20 ton, very fine noiseless and smooth gears mechanism provided for quiet operation.
