Uni axle Shake Table are ideal for performing seismic simulation, solid liquefaction and vibration tests on models as well as for engineering qualification of components and assemblies for earthquake and vibration resistance. Motorized Shake Table utilized to test various models of structures under uni-axial (horizontal component) shaking with supporting frame. Input motion of the machine can be controlled by software.

Shake Table Configuration

Shake Table with one Translational axis which can be upgraded in future to further axes of interest. Table size: 1500 x 900mm. Stroke length: ±50 mm. Payload capacity: 1000 kg. Max Weight: >1200 kg. Frequency Range: 0.1 to 50 Hz.

Driving Mechanism & Control

Servo controlled motor and gear box operated by electronics. Servo-controlled motor controls the shake table by software supported pre-programmed as per desired recipe given by the operator within its maximum and minimum limits by dynamic force rating. Automatic type operation.

Sensors & Measurement

Two sensors provided with the machine. Additional sensors to check respective displacement of sample put on table. Lesser Displacement Sensor: 0.01 mm x 25 mm travel. Separate additional displacement sensors also provided to display the sample's displacement with respect to bottom shaking plate.

Data Logging & Software

Digital Data logger with separate channel Indicator. Computer Software for Data Logging Analysis. User Friendly Software with Load V/S Time, Load V/S Displacement, Displacement V/S Time, Separate Graphs Online. User Friendly Data Analysis Sheet can be provided as per customer requirement.

Table Top Construction

Made up of MS plate of minimum 16 mm thickness or greater to control deflection under payload. The plate shall have circular slots of M10 mm dia. @ 100 mm c/c both ways leaving the 150 mm edge distances along periphery. Material: Mild Steel.

Supporting Frame

The supporting frame is manufactured by high stiffness square cross sectioned to avoid resonance and vibrations to the body structure. Ensures stability during operation.

Display & Connectivity

Displayed would be online and offline and analyze the same on your P.C. through user friendly software. P.C. connectivity through Ethernet and USB port. Machine operates on 3 Phase A.C. 450 volts supply.
